Pre-Order Policy

As we have received many emails from Our Fashionable Customers to notify them when Sold-Out Styles become available again. To help you get the Styles you love before they sell out, we have just launched Pre-Order Scheme, which is not only just for Sold Out Styles, but also for Next Season Styles that have not even seen or available anywhere else! You must be so excited! :-)

Before pre-ordering, please make sure you read our Pre-Order Policy below:

To pre-order an item, you will need to add the available product colour and size to your shopping bag as if you were placing a normal order. You will then need to follow the check-out process as normal and pay for the item. Pre-ordered items will be charged in full and secured for you as soon as the order is placed.

As soon as your pre-order item is available we will ship it to you. Normally, next season pre-order will be delivered within 2-5 weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the dispatch process so you know when to expect your order to arrive.

If your order contains a mix of pre-orders and in stock items, we will ship your in-stock item(s) first and then ship the pre-order item(s) separately at no extra charge. Your order confirmation email will contain both in stock and pre-order items.  

As we carry limited edition Designer High Fashion, not all items that go out of stock will be available for pre-order.

If you change your mind for whatever reason after order is place, please contact Customer.Care@urbanclub.com as soon as possible to cancel your order. We endeavor to reply to you in 24 hours. You will get a full refund for your order through original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that are already processed.

After you received your pre-order items, you can exchange for different size or color or store credits. Pre-order items are not refundable unless they are faulty or damaged during transit. However, this is unlikely to happen as we thoroughly quality check every items before they are dispatched.
