    URBAN CLUB LTD is committed to deliver your orders worldwide and will do our utmost to ensure that we can provide the quickest, safest and most cost effective delivery service at all times.
    We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00pm UK time Monday - Friday on the same day.
    All UK and international orders are couriered using DHL Express and UK Royal Mail.

    Acceptance of your orders

    Once your order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement email with details and status of your order. Once your order is dispatched, your will receive an order confirmation with tracking details of your shipments.

    If items that you order are out of stock or become unavailable, we will endeavor to contact you within 24 hours. If we cannot contact you, we reserve the right cancel your order.

    We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day subject to credit clearance and address verification. To prevent fraudulent transactions, we may require further details from you before accepting your order.

    All shipments sent with DHL require a signature as proof of delivery. A signature will be required upon receipt of the goods, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery. We are currently unable to deliver a PO Box or freight forwarding address.

    Delivery to the Russian Federation, Ukraine and India may be subject to a surcharge which will be advised and invoiced prior to dispatch. Orders will be dispatched when payment of the surcharge has been made.

    Duties and Taxes:

    Duties and Taxes are calculated according to your shipping destination.
    International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. We advise that Tax and Duties may not be refundable to NON-EU customers wishing to return items.

    If a shipment is refused, we will do what we can to nullify the customs charges and have the shipment returned to URBAN CLUB. We cannot guarantee that customs charges can be voided for a refused shipment. In this case, we will deduct the amount from your refund.

    Customer Satisfaction is priority to us. To ensure the quality of your order, we carefully check every item before dispatch. If you receive any item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at immediately. In this case, we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges.

    Acceptance of your returns
    We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 14 days from the day you receive the order.
    You must contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your order and request a Return Authorization Reference number. You will receive a full instruction of the return process once return method has been confirmed.
    You need to include your original receipt and Return Authorization Reference number in the returning parcel to ensure a smooth return process.
    Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with original designer tags still attached. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.
    Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product.
    We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings or fine jewellery.

    We advise that Tax and Duties may not be refundable to NON-EU Customers wishing to return items.

    If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original item, according to our returns policy.


    After you received your pre-order items, you can exchange for different size or colour or store credits. Pre-order items are not refundable unless they are faulty or damaged during transit. However, this is unlikely to happen as we thoroughly quality check every items before they are dispatched.

    Free Gifts

    Customer orders shall occasionally be eligible for a free gift as part of a promotional offer by Gift entitlement is based on non-return orders. Any returned orders must also return the accompanied free gift. Any gift item not returned to URBAN CLUB will be deducted from the order refund at full retail price as advertised on   

    All successfully returned items will be refunded to your account via original payment method used to place your order. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you have any queries, or wish to discuss the returns procedure in further details, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care at
